what i like about photoshop is how you can take a photo which you might ordinarily throw away, and completely transform it into something that you like. i almost did that with this image, but i quite liked the hazy feel of the original. then when i tweaked the levels and curves i found that i really liked the more contrasty look. i suppose this would be a suitable juncture to say...
