free to care (i just never do)
hammocks are strange devices. there's something about lying, and gently swinging, that just makes you feel a lot more content. it's not as though they're the most comfortable of furniture, and there's always the unknown danger that readjusting your position may cause you to tumble out. regardless the feeling of being suspended in the air is somehow more relaxing than sinking into a soft sofa. plus there's an unedifying feeling of smugness that comes from typing this from a hammock compared to at a desk. this was one of the hammocks on
laguna azul before the
rain came.
