this is abou diaby chucking his shirt into the crowd after beating blackburn in a hard fought carling cup match. we were playing really well and 2-0 up for most of the first half, they then got a couple back and the second half was a lot tighter, ending with one of our players (correctly) sent off. the match then went to extra time where we nicked the winner. you could tell it meant a lot to the players, who were all quite young and inexperienced, so it was a nice gesture to celebrate with the crowd.

unfortunately, with a shot like this you only get one chance to take it so you need to try not to mess it up. i did mess it up and wasn't happy with the result as it had someones hand in the frame, and another player messing up the scene. cue a fair bit of work in photoshop and i ended up with this image which i am quite pleased with, it looks pretty grainy but i had the iso quite high as it was pretty late at this stage. you can understand what i mean by looking at the original.
