a couple of days ago i said that i find ferns largely uninteresting, and now i post this. well i stand by my statement, and i'd say it again y'hear. but i still like this shot. i remember at the time it reminded me of something from jurassic park - i half expected a troop of raptors to come sprinting out of the trees ready for lunch. as it turned out the inhabitents were slightly less scary - still, it's always the cute ones that you have to look out for.
