pack of lions
here's another shot of the
family of
lions. just to the side of the lion cub on the left is a second land rover, so we were kind of surrounding them. still they didn't really seem to mind that much. we were told that while their eyesight is fantastic during the night, it's not that great during the day. something to do with the rods and cones, i forget the scientific explanation. anyways because of this, when there's a group of people in a car looking at them, all they really see is a big blurry organism which they just ignore. however if someone was to stand up, then they'd see an outline of a human... and you'd be in big trouble.
as well as making this black and white, i did a little selective sharpening to try and get the walking lion cub to stand out. here's the
