you may think that this image looks a bit too saturated - but i think that this gives a good representation of how god damn hot it was out there. most times when i go on holiday i don't need to put on sun cream, even when i went to places like thailand. that wasn't an option here, and on my first day at the beach i smeared on the sun block a little haphazardly and ended up getting burnt on the all the exposed places that i had accidentally missed. someone said that if you have light skin and go out unprotected in the sun, the burn time was five minutes.
