i can't be certain what song was being played when i took this shot, but judging from both the timing and the expression on mr vedders face i've got a good feeling that it's leash which is a classic angry pearl jam song. it seemed to be a favourite of the kids in front of me who moshed by pushing into each other as hard as they can. i'm sure they enjoyed it considerably more than black which preceded it. they were covered in sweat, out of breath, and seemed really confused by the rest of the crowd singing "do do d'do do do doo". if you're confused, listen to the track (or even better a live version) and you'll know what bit i mean...
