learner again
it was about 4 months ago that i had an incident with
my car and a roundabout... and another car, which meant i didn't have a car
no more. well this vehicle void has now been filled by a motorbike. it's a yamaha ybr 125 for those of you that know anything about bikes, all i know is that it's black and shiny. the only thing spoiling the look are the two L plates i've had to stick to the front and the back. i only did my cbt a couple of months ago, which was the first time i'd ever been on a bike, and also the first ever time i'd fallen off a bike. still, i somehow managed to pass, so i found this little machine on ebay and earlier in the month got it delivered to my doorstep. i went out for a few midnight rides after work to try and re-familiarise myself with it in quieter conditions, and then at the beginning of this week i started riding it to work. i'll admit, i'm not the biggest fan of the rain... or the cold... or the other road users... but apart from that it's bloody good fun.
if you're wondering why this photo looks a bit strange it's because it's a reflection of an L plate, but the L still reads the correct way round. this was due to bit of rotated flipping, or should that be flipping rotation, either way here's the
