i feel like i should post this picture i took of my newest niece chloe for a couple of reasons. firstly as i've already posted a fair few pictures of her sister, and i wouldn't want her to feel left out. secondly, the only previous picture i've put up had a weird eye effect, which looked even stranger after i converted it to black and white. i like to think that these eyes are more enchanting as opposed to the true-blood-maenad-possessed-vibe that was prevalent before. usually when i process baby pictures i go for a softer, lighter, blurry look which tends to make for a cuter picture - however i preferred the hard light effect here. chloe don't need no special effects to look cute.
